About Oof! Right in the Childhood
Oof! Right in the Child is a solo podcast that's one part history, one part social Justice, and one part humour.
Every week, Jen takes you through one of the Disney animated feature films, first regarding how it was made and then as a synopsis with social commentary.
Each episode seeks to investigate the systemic racism, sexism, classism, and ableism that was looming under the surface of a Disney-steeped childhood.
Oof! Right in the Childhood launches its first full-length episode on August 24 and will then release a new episode discussing a new movie each Monday.
Oof! Right in the Childhood is a solo podcast with Jennifer Forbes as its writer, narrator, and editor.
